General Notice International shipments may be delayed by customs, holidays, or natural disasters. During such times, we work closely with our carriers and keep you updated by email every 3 business days until delivery resumes.

If you need delivery by a specific date (e.g., gift or special occasion), please allow extra time and contact us at orders@mzk1crafts.com or WhatsApp +44 7962561814.
Rates & Taxes Flat rate by country. The fee includes packaging, shipping, registered tracking, and taxes/duties (where applicable). The exact rate appears at checkout after you enter your address.

Free worldwide shipping on orders over €180.
Handling Time All items are handmade to order with a production lead time.
- Most orders are processed within 5 business days.
- Please allow extra time for custom or special requests

Once production is complete, we’ll email you; dispatch occurs within 3 business days after completion.
Tracking All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking number and link.

If you don’t receive the dispatch email within 48 hours of production completion, please check your spam folder or contact us at orders@mzk1crafts.com to resend.
Undelivered but Marked “Delivered” If the carrier marks your parcel Delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date.

Before reaching out:
1. Confirm the shipping address in your order.
2. Check with family members, neighbours, or building management.

Refunds are not available for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns & Undeliverable Parcels Customer-related reasons
Delivery may fail if your address is wrong or incomplete, contact details are invalid, delivery is refused, or the parcel is not collected.

In these cases:
- No return-to-sender service
- We’ll contact you within 48 hours using your order details
- No response after 2 notifications → held 7–14 days, then destroyed
- No refund after destruction
- If the item is in stock, reshipment may be offered (customer pays original shipping fee)

Non-customer reasons
If delivery fails due to reasons beyond your control (e.g., transit damage, tracking errors, or carrier mistakes), we will provide:
- Free reshipment, or
- Full refund
Shipping Restrictions All countries: No Amazon warehouse addresses; no military addresses.

Sweden / Denmark / Finland: Delivery is pick-up only (locker or partner point). A complete phone number and contact details are required; incorrect info may cause failed delivery.

Norway: PO Box addresses do not provide signature scans. We cannot accept compensation claims for signature issues on PO Box deliveries (keywords include P.O Box / PO BOX / Postboks / Box / Pb, etc.).

United States: Service covers the mainland only. No service to Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands (ZIP 006–009), Hawaii, Guam (ZIP 967–969), or Alaska (ZIP 995–999).

United Kingdom: Addresses starting with F1 / BF2 / HA4 (military) are not deliverable.

Germany: PO BOX / PARCEL LOCKER / PACKSTATION are not supported. Addresses listed only to a community/complex (no building number) or without a daytime recipient may fail on the first attempt. The carrier may redirect the parcel to a locker or partner pick-up point.
