Before You Buy • All products are handmade from genuine leather.
• Slight colour/texture/tool mark variations are natural, not defects.
• Colours may vary due to screen differences — by ordering, you accept this variation.
Order Cancellation • Within 6 hours: Free cancellation (production not started).
• After 6 hours:
– Custom orders cannot be cancelled once materials and labour are committed.
– Standard items already shipped follow our returns policy.

Returns (Standard Items – Non-Faulty) Conditions:
• Request within 14 calendar days of receipt.
• Must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging with all accessories.

How to Return:
1. Email support@mzk1crafts.com for authorisation.
2. Ship to:
EU: Via Cernaia 16, 10122 Torino, Italy.
UK: 8A East India, London E16, UK.

Processing:
Refund issued within 3–5 business days after approval (bank/card processing may take longer).
Return Costs • Customer pays return shipping.
• Tracked shipping recommended (insurance for items over £75).
• Original delivery costs are non-refundable.
• If lost in transit using your own courier, claim directly with the courier — we cannot refund items we do not receive.
Faulty / Damaged Items • Contact support@mzk1crafts.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide clear photos + order number.
• If confirmed non-customer caused, we replace free of charge and cover return shipping/handling (per UK/EU law).
Repairs & Aftercare • For damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use, we provide a goodwill repair service within 6 months of purchase. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
• After 6 months: repairs are available at a reasonable service fee, assessed case by case.
• To request a repair, please email support@mzk1crafts.com with photos and your order number.
• Not all damage is repairable — we will advise upon evaluation.
Special Cases • No refunds for:
1. Custom orders (e.g., engraved, personalised, non-adjustable made-to-order).
2. Items sold “as is” with pre-disclosed faults accepted before purchase.
• Exchanges not offered — return for refund and place new order (we can assist).
Refund Queries • If not received within 3–5 business days after approval, check bank/card.
